2020年の長野県立美術館（旧信濃美術館）リニューアルに合わせて作成した、ふれる長野県立美術館（触知館内図）、ふれるアートカード、たてものキューブ、ふれるコレクションの４つのツールを実際にさわって使える部屋のような展覧会。普段さわることから遠い美術館の中で、みんながやってみようかな、と思える仕掛けを展示デザインとした。展覧会のためにツールの使い方を紹介する映像作品も制作し、同じ時期に完成したBOOKと合わせて、ひらくツールを知ってもらう空間とメディア一式が出来上がった。
We created the welcome room as an exhibition to let visitors to use 4 kinds of HIRAKU tools that we created in 2020. Tactile map, tactile art cards, architecture cubes and tactile collections. Short video about using tools are made for this exhibition. A book was published at the same time. Now we have space and mediums about HIRAKU TOOLS to people who are interested in.

１Fに常設されている ’ふれる長野県立美術館'は、紹介パネルと共に、アートラボから足元の点々をたどっていくと地図にたどり着けるようにした。

展覧会後半コレクション展でふれるコレクションを制作した「出獄の日のO氏」と「練上光壺「白露」」が展示されたので、ART LABOでふれた作品を展示室で鑑賞することができるという連携が実現した。

アートラボから見える長野の風景を窓にトレースして描いたスケッチ。スケッチの山並みと実際の山が重なって見える。 スケッチの線をガイドに、風景をみるのは、ひらくツールをガイドにして美術館の建築か作品を見るのによく似ている。
I draw sketch of landscape on the window at Art Labo. When you notice the line of mountains overlay the actual mountain, you will start to see landscape using lines of sketch as guide. We think it is the same for our HIRAKU tools. People see museum architecture and artworks more or store the enough time to see, using HIRAKU tools as their guide.
